Trevor’s career trajectory at OpenDrives is as compelling as it is admirable. Since joining the company in 2018, Trevor has evolved from a consultant to COO to CEO, with past roles in content and product marketing, product oversight, and operations. With nearly 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry and a background in sales engineering, solutions architecture, and product management/marketing, Trevor has held senior positions at both startups and large companies, including: Cisco, Capital One, and Ciena. Passionate about full-cycle innovation and agile development, Trevor has been instrumental in both improving the company’s internal processes and pushing the team to climb to the highest heights possible; his steady guidance has kept OpenDrives grounded, focused, and constantly results oriented. When not “blue-sky” ideating about operational improvements and new products, Trevor can be found road cycling or watching Hallmark movies with his wife.

Alex has shaped OpenDrives’ technology vision and works hand in hand with the Product team to drive the company into new adjacent markets to Media and Entertainment. He kicked off his career as a software engineer and technology lead at Dell EMC and VMware, then joined the fast-paced startup SimpliVity during a time of explosive growth. After a stint at Amazon Web Services, where he deepened his knowledge of building scalable, customer-focused solutions, Alex was drawn to the company’s open and collaborative culture and keen interest in solving exciting data challenges. Outside of work, Alex stays busy with his two kids and dog and stays active playing tennis, running, hiking, biking, and skiing.

Backed by 30 years of accounting experience across product manufacturing and service industries, Alezia champions operational excellence and process innovation at OpenDrives, ensuring her lean and mean team adapts seamlessly to the needs of the rest of the company. Alezia’s passion for aligning financial operations with evolving technology is strengthened by her expertise in general accounting, process implementation, and operational structuring. Guided by the philosophy of “Strive to be kind every day,” Alezia aspires to create a charity to support animals and people in need.

Jessika nurtures a supportive, empowering culture at OpenDrives. She began her career in customer service, and after moving from inventory management to office management and human resources support, she found her calling in employee engagement and people development. Now she oversees the entire employee journey , always looking for new ways to boost culture and growth, and when she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her out on a run, embracing the challenge and simple pleasures of life.

James DiVito launched his career deploying IT infrastructures, networking, and security processes for financial institutions across the southeastern U.S., joined Dell EMC where he worked with clients like Boeing and NASA. After moving to Los Angeles, he honed his skills with Kaiser Permanente and major media studios before transitioning to pre-sales with Dell EMC Isilon. Now, he leads both the Product and Solutions teams, aligning technology innovation with real business results. A fun career highlight was designing storage systems for South Park; every episode since 2016 runs on an OpenDrives system. Off the clock, James is an escape room fanatic (117 completed so far) and a passionate music lover.

Rahim Hodge leads the Customer Experience team at OpenDrives, where he oversees post-sales support, professional services, cloud solutions, and account management. With 15 years in customer service, he is passionate about tackling challenges with an open mind and creative, technology-driven solutions. Over the years, Rahim has worn many hats, from Support Specialist to Director of Professional Services, and he’s always on the lookout for new ways to help customers succeed. In fact, Rahim is so well-loved by our customers that many request him by name.

Jason Matousek oversees Sales and the Go-to-Market strategy and enablement at OpenDrives. With a unique academic background in English, Psychology, Philosophy, and Computer Science, he has always been curious about how people connect and communicate. Before joining OpenDrives, Jason built his career as an Enterprise Account executive at T2 Computing and later as a Senior Account Executive in New York and the Greater Northeast. Outside of work hours, Jason indulges in his lifelong passion for music. He’s been collecting records since he was three and now owns over 5,000 titles.

Nate’s career journey is nothing short of eclectic from working as a CBS cameraman and TV repairman to writing for IGN, game testing for Activision, bartending, and even serving as an EMT. He joined OpenDrives as Head of Support and now thrives as a Director in Technology. With over 15 years in entertainment and in data storage, he builds lasting relationships with customers and partners, and ensures that his team is as passionate as he is about solving all kinds of problems. He lives by the motto “Be excellent to each other.” Off the clock, he’s always diving into a new hobby, because, as Yoda would say, “Addicted to hobbies, he is.”

Jaclyn’s 20+ year Marketing journey sounds like any “coming-of-age” book. She started in public relations, then became a trade publication editor, and then evolved into copywriting, sales training and enablement, and demand generation. After 10 years of wearing all sorts of Marketing and writing hats (but without the title) she finally earned her beloved Marketing title, 10 years later after her career began. One of Jaclyn’s superpowers is her ability to balance strategy with tactics. This uncanny ability is what has helped her persevere in fluid, challenging times and enables her to solve complex problems, whether it’s meeting ultra-tight deadlines or balancing budgets or helping Sales build pipeline—both as a team member and as an individual. There’s no challenge big or small that Jaclyn won’t tackle. In her spare time, you can find her reading a book or drinking wine and trying new foods and exploring new cultures with her husband and two dogs.
